Swimming pool service:
Poolpros offers a full range of cleaning and chemical balancing service packages to cover you're swimming pool and spa needs within a time frame to suit your needs. Our simply structured packages range from weekly, two weekly and monthly servicing with the option to design a bespoke service tailored to your requirements be it that you enjoy servicing your own pool and need occasional advice or assistance or that you require holiday visits, or session opening and closing services we are here to help.
Swimming pool:
- Weekly service and maintenance programme -
- Check water quality and adjust chemical balance
- Leaf net pool surface
- Vacuum pool
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Check and adjust water level and auto top-up
- Brush walls and clean tiles if necessary
- Backwash media filter
- Functional check of all equipment including underwater lights and heater
- Replenish chemical stock to be left on site
- Notify owner of any problems
- 2 weekly service and maintenance programme - you will receive the same services as the weekly programme
- Monthly service and maintenance programme - you will receive the same services as the weekly programme
- Summerising: (opening of a pool for the summer season)
- Winterising: (closing of a pool for the winter period)
- Holiday visit: to clean the pool, apply water treatment chemicals and balance the water whilst you are away.
- Filter media changes: poolpros use sand, afm and cartridge replacement.
- Boiler maintenance: gas or oil boiler servicing and maintenance can be arranged with gas safe qualified engineer.
- Heat pumps & dehumidification units: servicing and maintenance can be arranged.
- Pressure washing of decking, coping stones or pool/spa surround.

Poolpros can offer a regular cleaning and service and maintenance programme, sessional opening and closing or simple maintenance advice and repair service for your indoor or outdoor spa.
- Monthly/quartly service and maintenance programme -
Our simple but comprehensive service programme offers all of the following services:- Draining and refilling of the spa
- Pipe flush with our bio-film spa Cleaner
- Replacement of the filter if needed (at an additional cost)
- Cleaning of the hot tub shell
- Cleaning of the cabinet
- Cleaning of the cover and pillows
- Inspection and cleaning of all jet inserts
- Inspection of the heater, ozonator and pumps
- Replacement where needed of the union o-ring and heater gaskets
- Inspection of all spa wiring
- Summerising: (opening of a spa for the summer season) Inspection of all spa mechanically
- Replacing the pump drain plugs
- Tightening all unions and fittings
- Reinstalling stored filters
- Filling the spa
- Pipe leak inspection
- Winterising: (closing of a spa for the winter period) Draining of the spa
- Removing the pump drain plugs
- Loosening all unions
- Vacuuming out all lines and jets
- Removing the filter and cleaning it for storage
- Applying a plastic weather barrier to guarantee a watertight seal
